Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

The only limited grievance of the petitioner is that an application submitted to respondent No.2 i.e. Special Land Acquisition Officer and Sub-Divisional Officer, Vijapur by the petitioner same time in year 2015 submitted a claim for redetermination of compensation under Section 28-A of the Land Acquisition Act, on the basis of award of the Hon'ble Civil Judge Senior Division, Vaijapur in L.A.R. No.73 of 2011 is pending till date. 3.

This being limited grievance of the petitioner, in our opinion, the petition can be disposed of with directions to respondent No.2 to decide the application expeditiously and not later than 12 weeks from the date of order of this Court needless to state that on merits of the application, these directions will not cause any prejudice to the respondent authorities. As such the petition is disposed of with the above referred directions.
