The petitioner is seeking relief against the respondent No. 2 with regard to his appointment. The respondent No. 2 is a private company not funded by the State Government, nor is a charitable or educational institution. Moreover, the petitioner is claiming that his resignation is forcefully taken. The same would require investigation into disputed question of fact, which this Court would not embark in its writ jurisdiction.
