The Petitioner'

s representation dated 25.08.2023 is for seeking benefits of the selection grade.

Since the issue of a decision on the representation is before us, we requested Mr.Sonawane, the learned Advocate to cause his khs/Dec.2023/14780

- 2 - appearance on behalf of Respondent Nos. 2 and 3 as he is on the panel of the Zilla Parishad, Jalgaon.

In view of the above, this Petition is disposed off. Let Respondent No.3 consider the representation of the Petitioner on the basis of the records available and after verifying his eligibility for the selection grade benefits, pass an appropriate orders. Let this exercise be completed within 60 days.

In the event, he is held eligible, he is at liberty to point out any other benefits to which he is entitled, to the Education Officer, provided such demand is not stale.

The learned Advocate for the Petitioner submits that in the light of the above, his WP No.14825/2023, which is at Sr.No.981 on the daily cause list, be disposed off, by considering his representation dated 25.08.2023, to which he is a party.

Let this representation also be considered on it' s own merits within 60 days. In view of the above, this Petition is disposed off.
