With the written instructions, the learned Advocate for the petitioner seeks withdrawal of the petition. The written instructions are taken on record and marked as "X". The Public Interest Litigation, therefore, stands disposed of as withdrawn. 2.

By order dated 20th January 2025, the petitioner was directed to deposit an amount of Rs.50,000/- in this Court to show bona fides and accordingly, he has deposited the same on 23rd January 2025 vide D.D. No.768855. The learned Advocate

pil-1.25 for the petitioner submits that voluntarily the petitioner is donating an amount of Rs.25,000/- to the Committee consisting of learned Registrar (Administration) of the High Court, Bench at Aurangabad and the Medical Officer of the High Court Medical Dispensary, Aurangabad. Therefore, the said amount of Rs.25,000/- be transferred to the said Committee. Rest of the amount of Rs.25,000/- be refunded to the petitioner. [HITEN S. VENEGAVKAR] [SMT.
