The Petitioner has put forth prayer clauses (B) and (C) as under:- "(B) By issuing writ of Mandamus or any other writ or order or directions in the like nature, direct the respondent no.2 to decide the proceedings bearing enquiry No.46/2016 within one month and for that purpose issue necessary orders;

(C) Pending the hearing and final disposal of this Writ Petition, direct the respondent no.2 complete the hearing and decide the proceeding bearing enquiry No.45/2016 and for that issue necessary orders."

We have heard the learned Advocates for the respective sides.

This Petition is disposed off with the expectation that Respondent No.2 would deal with all applications that have been filed in the said proceedings and conclude the Enquiry No.45 of 2016 on or before 30.09.2024. Miscellaneous Applications which are filed, could be decided earlier.
