This is an application seeking restoration of the writ petition which has been dismissed in default for non removal of office objections.

Issue notice to the respondents. The learned AGP waives service of notice on behalf of all the respondents. 3.

Considering the challenge in the writ petition to the order of invalidation, the application is allowed. Delay is condoned and the khs/Dec.2024/13940

- 2 - writ petition is restored subject to the condition that the petitioner removes the office objections as well as pay costs of Rs.5,000/- in this Court within 3 weeks. If the compliance is made, ad-interim relief shall stand restored.
