The present application is filed seeking appointment of Arbitrator under Section 11(6) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, however, the application is filed without issuing notice of concurrence. In view of this technical defect, the learned Advocate for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the application with liberty to file fresh application for appointment of Arbitrator. He states that notice of concurrence is issued on 02.08.2025.

In view of the above, permission is granted to withdraw the present application with liberty as prayed. All contentions are kept open.
