By this application, a request is made to fix this appeal for final hearing. It appears that this appeal was admitted by order dated 28.01.2013. Thereafter, by order dated 20.03.2013 order admitting the appeal was withdrawn and by order dated 03.01.2013, the interim protection as per order in Civil Application No.13614 of 2012 was ordered to be continued till disposal of the said application. 3.
