However, during pendency of this writ petition, the District Deputy Registrar has decided the matter afresh on remand and the same is under challenge in writ petition No. 6690 of 2017, which also came to be disposed of today by separate order. In view of the same, this writ petition has become infructuous and the same is accordingly disposed of.
