Mr Kulkarni, the learned counsel for respondent No. 1 submits that, within three weeks the respondent No. 1 would intimate the petitioner further course of action that would be undertaken by the respondent No. 1. The statement is accepted. 2.

Mr Hon, the learned Senior Counsel for the petitioner submits that, as far as the site of the petitioner is concerned, the advertisement itself states that the site should be on Rahuri-Sonai

2 Sr75WP14344.2017 road at Umbare and the petitioner's site is on Rahuri Sonai road. The learned Senior Counsel further submits that, the case of the petitioner has no concern with the case referred to in the impugned communication.

In case the petitioner is prejudiced with any further course of action, the petitioner would be at liberty to assail the same. The writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
