The learned Advocate frankly submits that the deceased Hafeeza Bee, who was the daughter of the deceased Noor Mohammad, was not a party to the proceedings. These Civil Applications were inadvertently filed presuming that Hafeeza Bee was a party litigant. It is, therefore, prayed that both these Civil Applications be allowed to be withdrawn with liberty to file a civil application for intervention on behalf of the legal heirs of the deceased Hafeeza Bee.
