Mr. Pulkundwar, learned advocate for respondent Nos. 6 and 7 submits that the complaints were received by the Government with regard to the roster. The Government had

2 wp 15248.17 constituted the committee to enquire into the same. The committee after necessary enquiry has submitted its report and pursuant to the said report the work of correcting the roster is in progress and the same would be completed within four weeks. 2.

In view of the said statement that the roster is being corrected, we dispose of the writ petition.

In case, even after correction of the roster the petitioner has any grievance, the petitioner may assail the same in accordance with law.

The writ petition accordingly stands disposed of. No costs. 5.

In view of disposal of writ petition, civil application also stands disposed of.
