Considering the prayer being made particularly in the light of the reasons mentioned by Tahsildar refusing to certify the Mutation Entry No.443, it is evident that the Tahsildar has refused to certify the mutation entry and the decision would be susceptible to a challenge by resorting to the provision of Section 247 of the Maharashtra Land Revenue Code. 2.

With that liberty to the petitioner, the writ petition is disposed of.
