Motion is made for speaking to the minutes of the order dated 13.02.2017.

Learned counsel for all the parties submit that in paragraph no.2 of the said order, this Court had directed the Sub Divisional Officer to take decision within four weeks. Instead thereof, it is recorded as three months.

3.

In view of that, in paragraph No.2, the words "three months" be deleted and substituted by words "four weeks".

4.

Necessary correction be carried out in the order. Motion disposed of.
