The submission is, the applicants be permitted to amend the appeal by addition of certain grounds. Learned Counsel Mr Warma submits that these grounds are raised on the basis of the record which is already placed before this Court. He then submits that these grounds sought to be added are only in the nature of clarificatory grounds and these grounds do not change the tenor of the appeal or the texture of the grounds already raised. 2.

Heard learned Counsel Mr Patni appearing for respondent no.1. None appears on behalf of respondents no.2 to 4 though duly served.
