Heard learned Counsel for the applicants. The applicants are seeking setting aside of order dated 07.09.2023 passed by the Registrar of this Court, whereby registration of their CRA (St) No. 22967 of 2023 has been refused. The applicants also prayed for condonation of delay of 75 days in filing the present application.

It appears that the applicants despite granting time, could not remove the office objections and therefore, registration appears to be refused. The learned Counsel for the applicants undertakes to remove all the office objections within two weeks. In view of the same, the application stands allowed in terms of prayer clauses (B) & (C) subject to cost of Rs. 1000/- to be paid by the applicants within the period of two weeks to Library, Advocates Bar Association, High Court, Aurangabad (SANDIPKUMAR C.
