The Civil Applications are filed by the respondents to the Contempt Petition seeking extension of time to implement the order of which contempt is alleged.

Heard Mr Bhumkar, learned Advocate for the petitioners, learned A.G.P. for State and learned Advocate for respondent no.2. 3.

Considering the reasons stated in the applications, we extend the time to implement the order passed in Writ Petition no.3198 of 2015, Writ Petition No. 3199 of 2015 and Writ Petition No.746 of 2015 dated 15.4.2016 by three months from today.

Civil Applications disposed of.

In view of the fact that extension of time is granted for implementing the order of this Court, Contempt Petitions are disposed of. In case the respondents do not adhere to the period of extension, then the petitioners would have right to agitate afresh. It is made clear that no further extension would be granted. ( A.M.
