These are the applications for withdrawal of compensation amount deposited by the respondent/State in this Court.

2.

Heard learned counsel appearing for the applicant and the learned counsel appearing for the respondent/State.

Considering the grounds raised in exception to the impugned Awards and the averments in the application for withdrawal of the amount, I deem it appropriate to pass the following order.

O R D E R

1.

The applicants are permitted to withdraw 50% of the deposited amount on submitting an undertaking that 1/2

944 WL.odt in the event of adverse order passed in the appeal, they shall redeposit the said amount within a period of 12 weeks.

2.

The applicants are allowed to withdraw balance 50% amount on furnishing solvent surety to the satisfaction of Registrar (Judicial) of this Court. 4.

Civil applications for withdrawal of amount are disposed of in above terms.
