Learned counsel for acquiring body submits that, he is carrying the cheque with him. Office to accept the same. 2.

Present applications have been filed by the acquiring body for condonation of delay of 1583 days caused in filing appeals against judgment and award passed by the learned Joint Civil Judge, Senior Division, Omerga dated 28.04.2015.

Learned counsel for applicants - acquiring body submits that time spent for administrative reason and other reasons for delay are spelt out in the civil applications and there is no deliberate and intentional delay and therefore, in the interest of justice and fair opportunity, delay so caused is sought to be condoned.

Learned Advocate for the respondents raised objection to condone the delay.

For the reasons mentioned in civil applications and in the interest of justice and fair opportunity, delay caused is required to be condoned. Subject to deposit of entire amount of compensation, delay stands condoned. Appeal be duly registered. All civil applications stand disposed off.
