Even when the petitioner made a representation on 16/12/2024 (Exhibit 'D') questioning his posting and soliciting the favourable posting, he is bold enough to file the petition on 19/12/2024 seeking a writ of mandamus.

Ex facie, without there being any cause to indicate about the respondents having abdicated their public duty, writ of mandamus has been solicited merely within a period of three days of making the request.

The writ petition is dismissed with costs of Rs.3,000/- to be deposited by the petitioner in this Court within a period of three weeks, failing which, the money shall be recovered as the land revenue.
