1] Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned AGP for the State.

2] This Court in W.P. No. 13810 of 2018 ( Shri Renukamata Sushikshit Berojgaranchi Swayam Rojgar Seva Sahakari Sanstha vs. State of Maharashtra and others) has concerned the conditions in Govt. Resolution dated 3rd November, 2018 issued by the Health Department and challenge to the said Government Resolution has been negativated. In that view of the matter, since the said Govt. Resolution is the policy decision of the State Government, we decline to entertain the writ petition. 3] Writ petition stands dismissed summarily. However, we make it clear that dismissal of this petition would not be construed as an impediment to the petitioner to pursue the State Government for redressal of the grievances raised in this petition.
