Though respondent Nos. 2 and 3 are served, none appears for respondent Nos. 2 and 3.

The learned Assistant Government Pleader on instructions states that, vigilance is not yet conducted.

Considering the above, we pass following order. 4.

The respondent No. 4/Committee shall decide the validation proceedings in respect of the tribe claim of the petitioner expeditiously and preferably within a period of nine

(09) months from the date of appearance of the petitioner before the Committee. The petitioner shall appear before the Committee on 20.03.2017. The petitioner shall cooperate in expeditious disposal of the validation proceedings. 5.

Till the validation proceedings are decided, the respondent Nos. 2 and 3 shall not take any adverse action against the petitioner and shall not refrain the petitioner from prosecuting further studies only on the ground that validation proceedings is pending. Of course, the respondent Nos. 2 and 3 can take further course of action in tune with the judgment that would be delivered by the Committee in validation proceedings. The writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
