Learned counsel for petitioner fairly refers to that similar writ petitions filed in this court bearing no. 8451 of 2016 and 8452 of 2016, in view of alternate remedy available before Maharashtra Administrative Tribunal, have been disposed of on 30-08-2018 by a division bench this court, to which one of us was a party, directing to avail of such remedy. He, therefore, considers it appropriate that this petition as well should receive similar treatment.

In view of the same, writ petition is disposed of with a view to let petitioners avail of alternate remedy, as would be available in law.
