Heard Shri Gandhi, learned counsel for the applicants and Shri Totala, learned counsel for respondent No. 1. 2.

Respondent No. 1 has deposited the amount awarded with interest in this Court. Applicants are entitled to withdraw 50% of the amount deposited by the insurance company in this Court. Remaining amount shall be deposited in Fixed Deposit. 3.

50% of the amount deposited by the insurance company

- 2 - shall be transferred to the tribunal who has passed the award. The tribunal shall pay the amount to applicants on undertaking stating therein that if the decision in appeal goes against the applicants, they shall deposit the amount at once.
