Vide the present writ petition, the petitioner seeks directions against the respondents to appoint him as a Untrained Assistant Teacher in accordance with the guidelines contained in the Government Resolution dated 23.6.2008, 31.3.2009 and 1.3.2014.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned A.G.P. for the respondent No. 1-State.

It would be appropriate for the petitioner to make an representation/application to the respondents for considering him for appointment as Assistant Teacher so that the respondents would be in a position to take decision on the same. 5.

In the light of above, we pass the following order:

ORDER

I] The petitioner shall make an application/representation to the respondents seeking appointment as Assistant Teacher.

II] The said application/representation shall be considered expeditiously by the respondents on its own merits, in accordance with law and existing policy and preferably within three months from the receipt of such application/representation.
