Having considered the Bailiff report, it transpires that respondent no.2 is not traceable on the given address. The address is incomplete and, therefore, the Bailiff is unable to serve the notice. 2.

In these circumstances, it would just and proper to allow the substituted service under Order 5 Rule 20 of Civil Procedure Code. In turn, reissue notice to respondent no.2 in terms of prayer, subject to payment of requisite charges.
