The grievance raised in this Petition is that though the representation dated 6th September, 2017 filed by the petitioner is pending with the Chief Executive Officer, Zilla Parishad, Dhule, the same has not been decided yet.

We direct Chief Executive Officer, Zilla Parishad, Dhule to decide the said representation, if already not decided, on its own merits, as expeditiously as

With the above observations, the Petition stands disposed of.
