In similarly situated applications, the Court (Coram: Arun R. Pednekar, J.) allowed the applicants to withdraw the entire amount deposited with this Court. Hence, the following order is passed;

ORDER

i) The applications are allowed.

ii) The applicants are permitted to withdraw the entire amount of compensation deposited with this Court with accrued interest on furnishing undertaking that they would deposit the money, if the impugned judgment and award is reversed against them.
