There shall be a stay on the execution of award dated 12.9.2017 only insofar as applicant is concerned. This shall be subject to applicant depositing in this Court, entire awarded amount with accrued interest within a period of four weeks from today.

In case of failure to deposit, this interim relief shall stand vacated without further reference to the Court. 3.

On the basis of this interim relief, the execution, if already instituted, or to be instituted, can proceed against respondent no. 4 since, respondent no. 4 has not chosen to challenge the impugned award dated 12.09.2017.

Civil application stands disposed of in aforesaid terms.
