ORDER :- When the matter is called out, no one else appeared on behalf of respondents. Heard learned counsel for the applicant. Perused the applications and other relevant documents produced on record. 2.

Present applications seeking for expeditious hearing of proceedings of FA/3176/2016 and FA/3010/2016. Learned counsel requested to tag both the appeals for simultaneous adjudication on merit.

In view of nature of the subject matter, there is no impediment to tag both the proceedings for simultaneous adjudication on merit. Therefore, the Civil Applications stand allowed. Both the proceedings of FA/3176/2016 and FA/3010/2016 are tagged together and list the same for final hearing on merit on 10th June, 2020. 4.
