Heard Mr. S. D. Kakde, learned counsel for applicants and Mr.Hussain, holding for Mr. Chapalgaonkar, learned counsel for respondent No.1. Perused the earlier orders passed by this Court dated 6th December, 2021 and 20th March, 2019. Mr. Kakde, learned counsel for applicants submits that even though in the order dated 20th March, 2019 there was no time limit to furnish the undertaking, the office is not accepting the undertaking from the applicants. It is necessary to issue direction to the office to accept the undertaking. He further submits that as per the order passed by this Court dated 6th December, 2021, twelve weeks time has been extended to comply the order by furnishing solvent security.

It is necessary to issue direction to the Registry to accept the undertaking from the applicants in view of the order dated 20th March, 2019. Hence, the following order is passed:

O R D E R

I.

The office is directed to accept the undertaking from the applicants as per the earlier order passed by this Court dated 20th March, 2019.

II.

There is no period to furnish the undertaking fixed by the Court.
