The Petitioner has put-forth prayer clause-A as under: "A) For a writ of mandamus Order or direction in nature of mandamus directing to respondents nos. 1 and 2 to pay petitioner salary arrears from 24.11.2016 till 14.06.2021 as specified in chart annexed at EXHIBIT-H."

Considering the peculiar issue, we direct Respondent No.3 to deal with the said grievance of the Petitioner by following the due procedure laid down in law and by granting opportunity of hearing to the contesting parties. He shall verify as to whether any salaries are unpaid and if it is so noticed, he would quantify the amount of unpaid salaries. After this exercise is completed,

( 2 ) 1003 wp 346.24 we leave it open to the Respondent No.3 to issue appropriate orders to the Management, for redressing the grievance of the Petitioner, within 90 days. 3.
