Learned advocates for the parties jointly state that the parties have settled the dispute amicably and further refer to that the terms of settlement have already been signed by the parties before a notary. They further submit that the parties are facing difficulties to be at Aurangabad for verification of the terms of settlement and as such, request to permit the parties to get terms of compromise verified before District Court at Udgir. 2.

In view of aforesaid, it would be expedient that the District Court at Udgir gets the terms of compromise / settlement arrived at between the parties verified, in adherence to the rules therefor.
