DATE : 16th June, 2017 ORAL ORDER On 20th April, 2017, Mr Kadu, learned Counsel appearing on behalf of respondents no.1A to 1D, 2, 3C, 3F and 3 G has made a statement that in near future the said respondents were not looking to create third party interest in respect of the suit property.

Mr Deshmukh, learned Counsel for 5A, C, D, F to I has not filed any reply to the present application.

In view thereof, in my opinion, the application needs to be allowed. Till the decision of the review application there shall be status quo as regards creation of third party interest in respect of the suit property.
