This Application is for withdrawal of amount deposited by the respondents along with interest accrued. First Appeal bearing No. 1842/2019 is dismissed by order dated 07/11/2023 passed by this Court. There is nothing to indicate that the said judgment is challenged by the original appellant before the Hon'ble Apex Court. 2.
