The petitioner is aggrieved by the order dated 22nd October, 2019 passed by the learned District Judge-2, Beed in MCA No. 14 of 2016 thereby allowing application Exhibit-5 in Special Civil Suit No. 63 of 2014.

Admittedly, now the evidence in the suit is being recorded. In that view of the matter, this Court is not inclined to exercise extraordinary writ jurisdiction. Writ petition is, therefore, disposed of by directing the Trial Court to decide the suit expeditiously and in any case within a period of one year from the date of receipt of writ of this order.
