By this petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, the petitioners have challenged preliminary notifications issued by respondent No. 1 and 3 under Section 11 and 19 of the Right To Fair Compensation And Transparency In Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation And Resettlement Act, 2013 (for short 'said Act'). A prayer is also made seeking direction against respondents No. 1 to 4 to follow the provisions of said Act by issuing fresh notification under Section 11 after carrying out social impact assessment. 2.

During the pendency of petition, acquisition process is completed. Learned advocate for the acquiring body submits that Bhagyawant Punde

{2} 51-WP-2648-2017 compensation is paid to the petitioners.

In view of these subsequent developments, nothing survives in the petition and the petition is therefore disposed of as infructuous.
