Though the petitioner - sugar factory is seeking permission for sale of sugar by making a request in writing to respondent No. 2 - The Chief Director (sugar) on 16.12.2024 and by swearing the affidavit on 17.12.2024, the petition has been filed on 19.12.2024 seeking a writ of mandamus.

It is highly unbecoming for a party soliciting the Court's power under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, even without 1/2
