Ms. M. L. Sangit, learned APP waives service of notice for Respondent-State.

Heard both the sides. The Applicant/Appellant is convicted for the offences punishable under Section 143 of the Indian Penal Code (IPC) and sentence to suffer imprisonment for 3 months and fine of Rs.100/- for simple imprisonment of 15 days. He is further convicted for the offences punishable under Sections 143, 147, 353, 332, 379 and 506 read with Section 149 of IPC and sentence to suffer imprisonment for 1 year and fine of Rs.100/- in default simple

The sentence has already been suspended by the learned Trial Court. The order of suspension of sentence and bail passed by the Trial Court to continue till the appeal is finally disposed of, subject to the condition that the Applicant/Appellant furnishes fresh surety in the same amount.
