We have heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and learned AGP for Respondents No.1 and 5.

The learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that without hearing the petitioner, decision is taken about the fnal bill.

The dispute is about the amount receivable by the petitioner. The amount is disputed by the respondents. The respondents, vide letter dated 03.11.2017, have communicated to the petitioner that the fnal bill has been paid and no dues are payable.

The remedy available to the petitioner would be before the Civil Court or such other forum available as per the contract between the petitioner and the respondents. In the light of above, writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to avail of such remedy, as is permissible in law. In that event, all contentions are kept open. No costs.
