The applicant submits that "Divya Marathi" is not published from Parbhani. Instead, the notice could be served through "Dainik Lokmat" Parbhani Edition.

Considering the above, this civil application is allowed. Paragraph No.5 of the order of this Court dated 30/11/2018 shall stand modified.

Fresh notice be issued in the appeal from order to the respondents, returnable on 08/03/2019. The notice shall be published in "Dainik Lokmat", Parbhani Edition at least 3 (three) weeks prior to the returnable date and copy of the newspaper shall be placed on record.
