I do not find any substance in this writ petition. Pursuant to the directions given by the Assistant Charity Commissioner, Jalna, the election program was published. The present Petitioner has raised the objection in respect of the said election program. The Petitioner is at liberty to approach the Assistant Charity Commissioner in case the directions given by the Assistant Charity Commissioner are not complied with while declaring the election program. The writ petition is accordingly disposed of.
