The Petitioner has put forth prayer clause [B], which reads as under:- "[B] By issuing writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ or directions in the like nature, Respondent no.3, Chief Executive Officer may kindly be directed to consider and decide claims/representations of the petitioner annexed at EXH-C in the light of circular dt. 28.06.2018 and G.R. dated 21.06.2023, for changing the postings of the petitioner by opening the posts of compulsory vacancies."

The learned Advocate representing Respondent No. 3 khs/Dec.2023/14769

- 2 - submits, on instructions, that the representation put forth by the Petitioner would be decided by the Respondents. 3.

In view of the above, the Petitioner is satisfied. 4.

Respondent Nos. 3 should respond to the representation, in the light of the circular dated 28.06.2018, within six weeks and convey the decision to the Petitioner within three weeks thereafter. 5.
