Mr. Nangare, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petition is filed by the School Managing Committee of Zilla Parishad Primary School at Laman Wasti. The petitioner school ought to be included in difficult area. According to the learned counsel, report has been submitted by the Extension Officer (Education) on 26.04.2017, but the Zilla Parishad has not taken

In case the report is submitted with regard to the difficult area vis a vis the petitioner school, then respondent no. 3 shall take decision upon it on its own merits, in accordance with law, expeditiously and preferably within a period of four (04) months from today.
