08.08.2019 P.C. :- The learned counsel submits that the Headmaster of the school has given an application for opening of the G.P.F. account in the name of the petitioner. The application is given in the year 2016 the same is not yet decided.

The learned A.G.P. accepts notice for all the respondents and submits that in case the application is pending then the authority may take decision on its own merits.

In case application filed by the institution for opening of the G.P.F. account is pending with the authority (page 10) then the authority shall take decision upon it on its own merits in accordance with law preferably within
