There is an innocuous prayer in this petition inasmuch as petitioner sought direction to respondent No. 2 to decide the appeal No. 97 of 2018 filed by the petitioner within a stipulated period. 2.

In that view of the matter, we direct respondent No. 2 to decide the aforesaid appeal, as expeditiously as possible, however, within a period of four weeks from today.
