Mr. Karlekar, the learned AGP submits that as yet the transfer as agitated by the petitioner, is not effectuated after the complaints are received, fresh report is forwarded to the State Government and the same is pending with the State Government for decision.

After the decision is taken by the State Government, the parties may agitate if the same is adverse to them. 4.
