Learned counsel for the petitioners, on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw these writ petitions. However, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the decree which has now attained the finality is of the year 1989 and the petitioners though being the decree holders, are not getting fruits of the said decree. Learned counsel submits that the petitioners are withdrawing these writ petitions, if the lower appellate court is directed to dispose of pending appeals bearing Misc. Civil Appeal Nos. 65 of 2017 and 66 of 2017, pending before learned District Judge, Jalgaon, expeditiously. 2.

In view of above submissions, leave granted. Writ petitions are

wp14526.17 -2disposed of as withdrawn. Learned District Judge, Jalgaon is hereby directed to dispose of the pending Misc. Civil Appeal Nos. 65 of 2017 and 66 of 2017, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of two months from the date of receipt of this order. 3.

Writ petitions are accordingly disposed of.
