The applicant, who is the appellant in second appeal, is seeking condonation of delay of 270 days in filing review application against the dismissal of second appeal.

The respondent though strongly opposed the application, but considering the reasons stated in the application and right of the applicant, the application stands allowed in terms of prayer clauseB subject to cost of Rs.500/- to be paid to High Court Registry,
