The applicant seeks to condone the delay of 75 days caused in filing the review application against order dated 06.09.2024 passed by this Court in Writ Petition No.8574 of 2024. 2.
Perused the application and reasons stated therein. The applicant explains that being aggrieved by order dated 06.09.2024 in
ca-1783-2025.odt (2) Writ Petition No.8574 of 2024, the applicant had filed SLP No.25048 of 2024 before the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India and same has been dismissed as withdrawn on 22.10.2024. Therefore, the time was consumed in prosecuting the remedy before the Hon'ble Supreme Court, as such delay of 75 days has been occasioned. 3.
Considering the reasons as stated in the application and submissions advanced, the delay is properly explained. Hence, the application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (B). The review application be registered.
